A positive review profile not on-line improves local search rankings but according to the BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2022, they also have a significant impact on conversion rates.
According to the survey – , “in 2021, 77% ‘always’ or ‘regularly’ read Google reviews when browsing for local businesses (up from 60% in 2020).
