propertyMailer enables visitors to a website to add their property requirements to an on-line database. As new properties are added, any matching details are automatically sent by email to the potential buyer or tenant.

Buyers and tenants are also able to easily edit or delete their details at any time. This removes the requirement for the Estate or Letting Agent to spend time updating their database of buyers and tenants.
