A new website has been developed by propertyLab for a new letting agency start-up 'Ann Taylor Lettings'. Ann has over 15 years of experience in the industry in the local area.

A new propertyLab website for South Shields based Estate Agent Moody and Co has recently been launched.

Many of the Estate and Letting Agents we meet are uploading their property details to portals such as Rightmove and Primelocation manually, one property at a time. This invariably requires somebody to input property details into at least two systems, the portal and the office system or website. Clearly time can be better spent by the members of staff carrying out the data input.

Within 2 months of the website going live, the Professional Properties online database of tenants has grown to over 100 users.

Each tenant has the ability to edit or remove their own details from the database at any time.
